What is telehealth?

Telehealth means getting healthcare from the comfort of your own home, no waiting rooms, no commute. Using video calls, phone calls, or secure messaging, you can connect with healthcare providers as long as you have internet or phone access.

What types of treatments can I access?

When you meet with a menopause provider, they’ll work with you to find what fits your health goals. That could include lifestyle changes, prescription medications, or non-prescription options like vitamins. The goal? A plan that works for you, with your input every step of the way.

Is virtual menopause care available where I live?

Most telehealth visits can happen anywhere you have a reliable internet connection. Just make sure the provider you choose serves your state before booking.

Are telehealth services provided by Versalie?

Versalie doesn't provide telehealth services. We simply connect you with virtual menopause care providers. Kenvue Brands LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for your interactions or the care you receive from your chosen provider. The Versalie Privacy Notice will not apply to any data shared with the provider.

Can I use my insurance?

It depends on your insurance provider and the virtual health provider you choose. Many of the providers in our directory accept insurance, are FSA/HSA eligible, or offer reasonable self-pay pricing. Check the telehealth provider’s website for details and confirm with your insurance provider to see what's covered.

What are the potential advantages of using telehealth versus seeing my own healthcare provider?

Telehealth can offer some great advantages:

  • Convenience. Care from home, no travel needed.
  • Flexibility. Appointments that fit your schedule.
  • Accessibility. Connect with specialists who may not be local. Most services also offer prescriptions delivered to your door.

It’s not perfect for everything, telehealth can be a really convenient way to get the care you need.

What kind of provider should I see for perimenopause and menopause concerns?

Consider seeing a gynecologist, a primary care physician focused on women’s health, or a certified menopause practitioner. These providers are trained to manage symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, and sleep issues. They can offer treatments ranging from lifestyle tips to medications. It’s important to find someone who listens to you and takes your concerns seriously.

How can I find a menopause provider near me for an in-person visit?

Prefer face-to-face care? You can find a menopause provider near you in our directory. The Menopause Society has a helpful directory that makes it easy to find someone local. Just enter your location on their site and you’ll get a list of providers. Here’s the link: The Menopause Society.
